Program/Project Management and Analysis

  • Developed detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budget.

  • Coordinated with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements and technical specifications.

  • Management of project artifacts, Inspection policies, terms & conditions, payment terms, etc. are structured, recorded & articulated to be included in the Subcontract agreement which will become the basis for the planning, managing, controlling & monitoring the subcontractors by operations team during the contract duration. I scheduled a formal phase review with all key stakeholders to ensure all deliverables were reviewed, accepted, and approved.

  • Monitored project progress and suggest improvements to processes, methodologies, and tools as needed.

Successful launch of the application. Stakeholders are able to share, analyze data and collaborate using the app or mobile version.
